The Department of Education – Calbayog City Division successfully conducted the Quarter 1 Convergence with Private Schools for School Year 2025-2026 on September 10, 2025 at the President’s Conference Room of Christ the King College of Calbayog City, Inc.

The activity gathered the school heads of different private schools in Calbayog City as they presented their respective Quarter 1 Accomplishment Reports, highlighting their initiatives and achievements for the opening of the school year.

Representing Christ the King College of Calbayog City, Inc. was Ms. Farina D. Magdaraog, Principal, CKC Integrated Basic Education Department (Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School units).

The convergence served as a platform for collaboration and alignment of goals between DepEd and private schools, ensuring quality education and strengthened partnerships for the benefit of learners in Calbayog City.
