The Christ the King College of Calbayog City, Inc. – Institute of Graduate Studies and Research in collaboration with the Institutional Research and Publication Office successfully hosted the seminar-Workshop on β€œUnderstanding the Descriptive and Inferential Statistics in Data Analysis” with distinguished resource speaker Dr. Runato A. BasaΓ±es, Associate Professor V and Executive Director of the Student Affairs and Services Division of the University of Antique.

The two-day learning event aimed to equip faculty and researchers with deeper knowledge and practical skills in statistical analysis for research. Dr. BasaΓ±es shared valuable insights, strategies, and techniques to enhance research outputs and academic excellence.

A historic MOA signing between Christ the King College and the University of Antique also took place to formalize partnership and collaboration in research, publication, and academic development. Present during the ceremony were: Fr. Prisco A. Cajes, OFM, ThD, College President; Dr. Vilma C. Alburan, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Gerald T. Malabarbas, Director, Institutional Research and Publication Office; and Dr. Rowena R. Diaz, Dean, Institute of Graduate Studies and Research.

This milestone event strengthens CKC’s commitment to research excellence and academic partnership for a more dynamic and innovative education community.
