Esteemed resource speakers from the LGU Calbayog – City Drug Abuse Prevention and Rehabilitation Office (CDAPRO) headed by Dr. Teodoro U. Fortaleza and his team and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) spearheaded by the Provincial Officer, IAV Maria Felina M. Bacha, graced the event and shared valuable insights and best practices on upholding a drug-free workplace.
