The Human Resource Management and Development Office, headed by the Human Resource Management and Development Officer is primarily concerned with the management and development programs, projects, services and activities geared towards the maintenance, systematization, enhancement and improvement of performances and productivity of all personnel in the school. To this end, we strive to:

• Implements all human resource management and development plans of the school;
• Implements and enforces Personnel Administrative Policies;
• Monitors administrative compliance and fitness of all personnel of the school;
• Administers regular performance evaluation, training needs assessment or analysis, job analysis among personnel of the school;
• Develops and implements comprehensive and systematic Personnel Development Program in coordination with respective heads of offices;
• Develops external linkages and networking for resource sharing and mobilization, including but not limited to availment of scholarships, trainings and education events for the faculty and employees;
• Takes custody of personnel data and information and ensures that these data remains confidential, preserved and updated;
• Provides assistance to personnel in developing career plans;
• Develops and implements regular awards/incentives programs for personnel and management
