Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the institution’s stakeholders is the responsibility of the General Services Office. Preserving the structures, facilities, vehicles, and other equipment is its key responsibility. In addition, the office’s utility staff members are stationed at the various school offices to ensure the upkeep of the buildings’ fixtures and furniture, as well as their cleanliness and organization.

The repair and maintenance unit are positioned to properly maintain and look after the institution’s facilities and other amenities in terms of facility management. The Office’s Motor Pool Unit is intended to support all endeavors pertinent to the supply of transportation.

The Security Office is one of the main divisions within the office. This unit is in charge of making sure that everyone’s life and the institutional property are safe. Under the direction of the GSO Coordinator, the Security Office also facilitates and oversees the school’s parking, traffic, and security protocols.
